Preparing for Your Appointment
At Spay | Neuter Georgia, we want to ensure that your pet has the best experience possible. Withhold all food after midnight the night before surgery. Your pet may continue to have access to water. Please make sure you potty your pet in the morning prior to your arrival. We want them to be as comfortable as possible for surgery, and that includes having an empty bladder.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Your $50 deposit is nonrefundable. We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule, and we will work with you to find a new appointment time. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be in need of our services.
Payment Information
Our goal is to provide high-quality and affordable veterinary care to as many pets as possible. We accept various payment methods, including cash, check, and credit cards. A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your appointment, and full payment is due at the time of service. In the event of a no-show or late arrival, additional fees may apply.
